India will need 30 million digitally skilled professionals by 2026 and half of its current workforce must reskill in emerging technologies. A comprehensive skill development strategy is necessary to address the current skills gap faced by 75% of companies in India. Investment in upskilling could boost the economy by $570 billion and create 2.3 million new jobs by 2030, according to the World Economic Forum.
